It's been raining on and off. Not too heavy, but it's slowing down the work. The contractors use alot of electrical tools to nail stuff together (technical terminology....... ok not really) and it's too dangerous to use them in the rain.
So........that leaves us with......MORE DEMOLITION!!! It was a sad thing though. They were taking down the fireplace. I really loved that fireplace, but it's placement didn't work in the new design. It needs to be moved the other side of the family room. The even sadder part is that we won't be able to rebuild another one right away. It didn't make the cut with the budget that we have. We are running all of the pipes etc. that will be needed to hook it up in the future. Fingers crossed that the future will come sooner than later.
